Tring to cancel getit

Please help i have now being trying for 2 weeks to cancel the get it service.

In fact my first call to your call center less than 24 hours after i was called by a tele marketer. After numerous calls i am still waiting for a call back to cancel. It looks like the 5 day cancellation cool off period means nothing to you. If they had called me back after my first call, no money would have been deducted from my account but now it seems they want to deduct the 40 bucks and then make me wait for them to return it. Disgusting service. Please just cancel this product and give my money back. It is a waste of money and i do not want it.
