MTN extremely bad service

I was due for a up great on the first of Nov, I went to an MTN branch in the V&A and placed an order for an HTC one as they had no stock in store. The salesman asured me that he would get back to me within 3 days.. I am still waiting for him to get back to me. I then went on the MTN branch at in canal walk they to had no stock and were quick to tell me to order one from 808 as it would be faster and easier to get the phone through this channel.
I called 808 and they did my upgrade over the phone, within 3 days I had gotten the phone. From the very first phone call I made, my phone would drop the call I called mtn to let them know and as I had 7 days to return the phone I was not to worried I could take it to canal walk and swop it out.
I received my phone on the last Friday of Nov I have been trying ever since to return my phone and no one is helping me. I go to a store they tell me they can't help me I called the call centre on one Wednesday for more than 3 hours and nothing. finally mtn had told me last week they would get the phone from me last Thursday but I still have it and my phone bill is sky hi due to me having to keep calling back when my phone drops a call.
