Bad service & Wrong billing from Vox Telecom

I created an account with Vox Telecom for the Fat Pipe 100Gb service the 28th November. This service is advertised as costing R364.99 per month, but I was sent an invoice for R853.98 with a reference (reference 01DTBI-000117693 Connectivity) that had nothing to do with what I signed for, and I was billed R1218 within the first month, even though I had cancelled the service the same 1st day because it was too slow. The cancellation had been acknowledged December the 2nd.
On top of that, support requests are completely ignored, there is no way to submit a support ticket from the web control panel, and even e-mails sent by their own Account Manager regarding the cancellation, seem to be completely ignored!

How is it possible that people can work like that in a well known company? What good is that doing to the reputation of the Company?
