Horrible attitude

Never have I ever received such a horrendous attitude from any other call center assistant. I called to do my sim swapping and this Nozipho girl spoke to me as if I was a or I'm a bother to her. She is actually that final nail in the coffin I will not have trouble porting to another network now. Such attitude will loose mtn more loyal clients
