Network speeds are a joke

After having this phone for a week, I would like to make my 6th complaint about your network.
After being with Vodacom for 11 years and having very little to no issues with their service or networks, I decided to take up your iphone 5 R399 special, and sadly (and very quickly) have learnt the grass is definitely not greener on the other side.

Since having the phone, I have been blessed with (if i'm lucky) network coverage for maybe 20% of the time, and the other 80% with the phone showing "no service". I am not able to make calls, my texts are delayed and I cannot even access the internet (yet, you are STILL charging me for data). I am only ever able to use my phone when I am logged into the works wifi, and as I leave the building I go back to "no service".

Heaven forbid I am ever in an emergency, because I would not be able to use my phone to call anyone. To call your call centre, I have had to do this via my Vodacom simcard (oh the irony) in order to try solve this issue.

Noone has come back to me about my network issues, and I am paying for a service I am not able to even use!

I am tired, I am irritated and quite frankly I am done being patient. This is NOT customer service
