After your latest lame response you told me that my matter has once again been escalated to the relevant department and that it was sitting with the escalation advisor, you said that you would provide me with feedback?? it has now been a week and there still hasn't been any feedback. I am now sitting with a THIRD ESCALATION REFERENCE NUMBER from you guys, as if giving me another reference number is going to help WHEN THE PREVIOUS TWO DID NOTHING TO HELP; NO RESPONSES, NO UPDATES, NOTHING!!! so I guess i will come onto this website each week and write about your bad service until you do something. My line has been down since 26 October 2013, but you still cant tell me or do anything about that???!!! Your systems had no problem suspending my account for non payment, EVEN THOUGH MY LINE WAS DOWN LONG BEFORE THEN, I owe you guys nothing and yet you still drag your feet!!! What do i pay my account for if you wont bother fixing the problem???!!!
