Bad Attitude

I'm still waiting for your response, today I was so humiliated in Kwa Mashu Bridge City Branch. I was there looking info regarding my contract to my surprise one of your consultant was so rude to me. Sanele your consultant need to go for customer care skills even on my first complaint he was the one who told me that I was suppose to buy another phone so as to use the Sim card as my phone was in repairs. My complaint was never attended to, I only received an email requesting my contact I did forward my numbers but no one ever responded back to me. Kindly look to your employee cause his attitude is not accepted.
