Mira networks accessory to frraud - I have proof

Mira networks allows frraudulent transactions to pass through their network.
I was billed by Kulaville for "content". They claimed I sent an sms with pin number to subscribe. My itemised billing shows that no such sms was sent. Repeat, NO SMS WAS SENT.
Mira networks requested a week ago that I send them my itemised billing. I've had no feedback from them.

In my initial complaint they simply cut and pasted a typical "this-is-not-our-problem" response.

My complaints will NOT cease until they have apologised and refunded me all moneys taken. And don't tell me that I have to take this up with Kulaville. MIRA allowed frraud to take place, MIRA billed my account, THIS IS MIRA's PROBLEM.
