Still no SIM Activation

I am annoyed beyond my husband got me a tablet through you guys and after a few date changes to the delivery date which was slightly annoying but ok only waited like 2 weeks but then i see i have to wait 72 hours before sim activation ok cool no worries so i wait and guess what its almost a week later and yes you guessed it still no sim activation and on top of that the number we have is always busy or they blame the fault on someone else would someone with brains kindly resolve this matter... today still
