Phone out of order since 02/12/2013 and no respons

Our phone line went dead on the 02/12/2013 we have made daily calls to 10210 and have spoken to numerous superiors and consultants with promises that they will come back to us as to when the line will be fixed and still have heard nothing. We run a business from home and cannot work without a phone line. This service is absolutely shocking and totally unacceptable. If you don't pay your bill they cut your line off within a week but we will still be expected to pay our December account even though we haven't has use of it due to their poor service..
