About /- 3 months ago the cables was in Ulundi. Our Caltex garage is affected by this. We phone Telkom every second day to find out what is happening. Only answer we get, sorry it is an area problem. We complaint at Hello Peter in November 2013, after which Telkom representatives came to our Head Office, but they came without a definite answer. And that was last we heard of them. In meantime our garage struggles without a telephone line, we have to use cellphones which is not cost effective, and best is Telkom wants us to pay line rental for a line that does not exsist. Are Telkom replacing those cables, if not how will they solve this, foreseen we have community projects we want to start, but we need Telkom lines, and all this was explained to the representatives!!! I am tired of Telkoms lack of proffesionality and their don't care attitude towards their customers!!!
