My partner changed our phones from prepaid to contract a while back, not realising that this will deactivate the bis on my phone. And i have made several attempts with rmcs to have bis on my phone activated to no success, its almost 3 weeks now and still there us no progress on this matter. My partner also tried to get this redolved. I am really disgusted with the call centre agents and the seevice we received thus far. Not eve n the team leader was helpful. I need someone who knows why they woke up to go work this morning to resolve this.
