Our complete company database was deleted!

We trusted Vox Telecom to host our internal SharePoint system. It took us months to customize, create and implement SharePoint.
Not even 30 days into our service, our complete database was DELETED!
We have lost all our contacts, business, money and time - and yet, no-one will take responsibility.

We have requested refunds for our money paid to Vox and for all our customizing of SharePoint as well as creating a new system - and I am getting shoved from pillar to post.

From a company that is selling a "cloud" service - this is unacceptable!
