FAILURE TO REMOVE MY NAME FROM THE BONDS DATABASE

I am utterly disgusted by the system that FNB home loans uses. My partner and I applied for a house in Fleurhof Ext through an agent, with the financing being done through FNB. The bond was approved but unfortunately the repayments were too much for us. We requested for cancellation and we were sent from pillar to post. We eventually requested the agent to close their file and request FNB to close their file as well. We have tried to apply for a loan with another bank and we had to go there for about four times hoping that our names were cleared off the database but to our disappointment they are not! THIS IS HINDERING US FROM GETTING A LOAN WITH THE OTHER BANK! IT IS SUCH AN INCOVINIENCE, MIUST WE NOW BEG FOR OUR NAMES TO BE REMOVED OFF THE BONDS DATABASE! I WANT THIS SORTED OUT ASAP!
