SPAM SMS now constitutes a valid contract

I received an sms saying you got a private email continuously on a number that i use only for emergencies. According to MIRA Networks by virtue of clicking on the url link from the spam you have agreed to a sucscribtion.

I am reporting both companies to WASPA. Unsolicited marketing and then being charged for content you dont see what so ever, still don't know what i am being charged for on a daily basis. Ethical behaviour is clearly a myth to some companies.
