3G not working after R1800 spent

Last month I bought a 60 GB 60 GB data bundle from Telkom/ 8ta in Pavilion. I am yet to be able to use this data as it repeatedly switches to the MTN network and says I don't have data on the SIM card, which the technicians have checked to be incorrect. I have tried this on two different modems set up correctly by the technicians and and have checked twice with them that there is supposed to be network coverage in my area but it still won't work. I have been patient with this, but this is reaching a point which is getting ridiculous. How can Telkom claim that this will work, and just take money while not delivering on their claimed promises. After spending so much money and waiting so long for them to resolve any problems, and this still not working it seems simply criminal. I am regretting buying this and should have bought Cell C's data bundle instead.
