My cell phone has been replaced twice and is still not working properly. I asked for an early upgrade and they said it is obviously a problem with the model so they would give me a different model, but I was not given a reference number as they said they would email me all the details. Now no body knows what the heck to do. I am SO irate with paying for a product I cannot use and MTN renders pathetic service on this matter! I have just this minute spoken to another consultant who started the circle again... I go to the shop, they send it for repairs, they replace the phone, it doesn't work. I go to the shop, they tell me to phone 808 who tell me to phone 1555, who tell me to phone... who tell me to go to the shop and send it in for repairs!! Please help me, I am at my wits end
