STRUGGLING TO GET MY ANNUAL UPGRADE

I have been trying since June this year to get my annual upgrade - - with no assistance. I have left messages on Vodacom's facebook wall, sent an email, logged calls at their call centres, and NO ONE, just no one can assist me.
