My account went into areas cause my banking details was not updated in August the account has been payed up to date i went in this morning 16-012-2013 to give them proof of payment showing the a bank statement i ask them to fax this through to there offices so my line can be reactivated and they said they could not help i don't think this is far that i have to wait for 14 days before my card is activated seen it a problem they did not do there jobs to update my banking details i would like this to be sorted out as soon as possible.
