Customer Care at 808 was called many times before but with MTN competency rate the information was never corrected, MTN did phone and corrected the address after they phone us back, the address was suppose to be corrected months ago when the contract was upgraded, but with MTN incompetency they still can't spell after Meyerville was spelled out to them, but even though no invoice is sent by MMS since contract upgrade, as they commented in previous complaint, we still do not receive an invoice in paper copy, we did receive one statement of only one month, what about the other months, but we want to know what has been charged for, as per statutory regulations an invoice should be issued, MTN will have 21 days to respond from this comment, either when not met, communication with MTN about this issue, will be sent to SARS and other regulating bodies, because MTN think they are above the law and obviously they really want to take their chances against ICASA, SARS, DTI and other regulating bodies.
