Excellent customer service

Openweb has the best customer service I've ever received.

Their package options are clean and understandable and the sign up process is very easy and efficient. I was amazed by how quickly they respond to queries and it was sorted out immediately. I didn't have to worry about queries sitting in long queues or phoning into a call centre with thousands of options to choose from.

I'm happily surfing the web so I highly recommend them as they are an excellent ISP!
