I've been with OpenWeb for a year now and I have consistently received excellent service from the hard working technical team. Quick responses on all tech queries at all times, on weekends, holidays and nights.

Their online ticketing system works so well and a big thank you to "Mr Beep" - always answering queries on the mybroadband forum, resolving issues in real time, this really sets OpenWeb apart from all other ISP's.
