Telkom poor Servicxe with transfer of LIne

We were transferred from Bloemfontein to Centurion. WE requested Telkom to close and transfer our line 0514360625 . This includes a ADSL line. To our surprise the line was cancelled and disconnected 1 week before we actually moved. We queried and it was after numerous calls reconnected. Then we moved to Centurion and once again as agreed we did all the necessary to connect our line in the new house 0126613213. We have to phone daily, hold on 1 hour for an operator to answer and then get no reference number, have to phone again the next day, speak to another operator. The line was connected. Then we asked for the dsl line to be moved and once again it is now 1 week later and still nobody pitched or phoned. How is a world class organisation able to treat customers so badly who supported them the last 20 years every month. I demand a senopr manager from telkom to take this matter and investigate and see why their brand survey recently said their customers do not like them. How can we trust a company who cannot have a esclatation process, no ref numbers, we have to follow up daily as if this is a new query every day.
