WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I bought a phone on contract some time this year and insured it. A couple of months later I smashed my camera and asked MTN in Rosebank for assistance. Maureen took a whole day to send me the claim form then took a whole month to send the form to my insurer. Her excuse is she was on leave and now my insurance wont pay because the claim form was sent to them 30 days after the date of damage. I sent it to her 13 days after I realized my camera was smashed. The phone at the MTN Rosebank rings unanswered EVERY SINGLE DAY and what could have been easily resolved over email will require me to now go in store and throw a tantrum because that is probably the only way I will get attention. Now the issue of getting my phones camera fixed in my hands and me having to explain why it took so long to get the form to them. I am utterly shocked because the service was so great when I got my contract from them and now they don't give a. I am so angry I am going there today and someone will wish they had not come to work today.
