There isn't enough space to summarise the problems that I have experienced with my "land line look-alike" line but here goes:

1.The person who assisted me (Emmanuel) is clearly not very proficient. When I connected everything up at home the data connection was not working. After contacting Clearcom (the manufacturer of the router) I was referred back to Telkom. Telkom confirmed that the data connection had not been activated. I therefore had to go back to the store to sort this out.
2.The debit order that was supposed to be set up was not.
3.I have STILL not received an invoice from Telkom.
4.I was notified that I was in arrears (without EVER receiving an invoice)
5.Just two hours after the notice my line was suspended (before I even had a chance to follow up)
6.When I went to the store I was told that my account was R4400.00 in arrears. This is odd as the line is CAPPED to 10GB and can only be allowed to continue with the approval of the customer. I made no such approvals. I have only had the line for 2 months.
7.When I went to the store to sort the issue out I found the store was closed well before 17:00. There was no notice on the door indicating why it was closed.

What now?
