Ambiguity with purchase option, pathetic service

I am a happy customer of Afrihost for many years. Never before been so furious and upset with the service. I've convinced so many people to sign up with them, last night another - my girlfriends grandfather. We registered an account for him, and I accessed the clientzone app. Through there I purchased the MiFi device - I realised we need to get him a data bundle and sim card too, unfortunately later on through the actual website I see an option to purchase the device, sim card AND a data bundle at a DISCOUNT. OF COURSE I would have preferred that - so we tried to phone Afrihost to cancel 1st order - could not get through at all so I sent a help sms...

They only phoned me back today, spoke to Modegie and after a confusing conversation she said I need to cancel the order NOW - I said I am driving and can't - I phoned Accounts and spoke to Themba or Thembo who I explained the situation to - I told him to call my girlfriend and talk her through cancelling because its so unclear how to do so on the clientzone - he phoned her with a bad attitude and treated her like she was stupid.. He then passed the buck and put her through to couriers where she is still waiting.. likely to no avail.
