About a week ago I phoned in about an intermittent service. The way Vodacom handled it was professional and fast. I am very impressed about the manner you gave feedback and resolved the problem I am usually very reluctant to give a mark for service delivery bu in this instance I believe Vodacom does deserve a 10 out of 10
