Worst experience ever with an ISP

My website was taken down allegedly because of a rejected debit order. I made the payment manually and inquired why the debit order would reject.
It turned out they had entered the wrong branch code in the debit order details. They advised that the website has been restored and should be up in about 1hour.
I called again after 2 hours - after waiting for 4 hours to get through to someone - and the website was not reinstated.
I sent 5 emails and the only reply i got after waiting several hours was that my website was too "huge" which is why it is taking so long - it had now been over 7 hours.
I then got another reply the next day saying that some files had been corrupted and they're trying to restore them - no timeframe was provided.
I contacted them on facebook and they denied any responsibility in the matter, claiming that it was my fault the website had been taken down and my fault the file had been corrupted.
When asked how to cancel my account, they told me to send a signed letter - they never said to which address.
My website is still not up as we speak and it's been almost a week now.
