Cybersmart
The worst ISP by far!!!

So i complained earlier about Cybersmart and they went on to delete the entire discussion that I had with them on facebook.

1. They took it down after a rejected debit order and claimed I failed to pay, when in fact their customer service admitted over the phone that they had recorded an incorrect branch code in the banking details.
2. I made a manual payment and asked them to restore the website. They claimed they had done so and I needed to allow 1 hour.
3. 7 hours later the website was still not up, I tried for 4 hours to reach them over the phone and via email in vain.
4. When somebody finally replied, they claimed the website was too big which is why it takes so long; then another person said the website data had been corrupted when they tried to reinstated.
5. When i took the matter to their facebook page, they asked me to wait further and proceeded to delete the "bad publicity".
My website is still not up as we speak.
