Account errors/Poor service/Poor reception

I have been struggling with MTN for months now, I am regretting the day that I took out another contract from them. I have had numerous issues iro incorrect details, billing, poor reception, unsatisfactory service, to much to mention. I am looking forward to the day that I can close my MTN account.
