MTN Direct waiting for refund

I took out and mtn contract for a Macbook pro, at the end of the contract, I assumed that they would stop debiting my Acc, to no avail, they kept taking moneys off my acc despite me calling and discussing. Eventually they agreed to refunding me for the Hardware over charges. A year later I still await a refund?
