They dont want to cancel my contract

Last month i called and spoke to Bulelani whom i asked what is the process if i want to cancel my contract and he said i should call on on the9december for a migration at no cost. I called on the 09 and spoke to JP who transfered me to Shadia in retentions and she did not explain anything she kept me on hlod for 17minutes with no response. I called again and sopke to Evodia and said she cant do it now i have to wait till january and she then emailed me a form of tariff migration with Mrs JEANTY OLIVERS DETAIL AND DID NOT EXPLAIN WHAT I HAD TO DO .DO I HABE TO CALL THAT PERSON CAUSE I CANT EDIT THIS DOCUMENT.JUST CANCEL MY CONTRACT PLEASE I DONT NEED YOUR SERVICE ANYMORE.ADVISE ME ON HOW MUCH I'LL HAVE TO PAY FOR MY OTHER SUB.
