Just can't get a response??

I started porting my two cell phone numbers to CellC on 26 November and have been dealing with Fazel by email.

I have no other contact numbers or contact people and I only seem to get a response from him periodically. A number of requests to Fazel regarding the next step has just been ignored.

I just wish that someone would keep me informed of what the problems/progress is. I really felt that two weeks was ample for opening an account and porting a number.

What am I missing? Surely I deserve better feedback?
