Nashua Mobile
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!

I previously posted a complaint about Nashua Mobile, with regards to somebody opening a cellphone contract in my name & me being sent lawyers letters after I had submitted all necessary documentation to them already. It took me some time to firstly get my money back from the bank, go to the Police Station & get all necessary documentation signed & sent through to them. It has been over 2 months since this happened, and I have still heard NOTHING from them. I have emailed their Department numerous times with NO luck & was given a number of somebody in the Department who NEVER answers his phone. I was assured the last time that I posted on here, that somebody will contact me IMMEDIATELY, did it happen? Of course not. It's my time & money running backwards & forwards & phoning them all the time, but still I end up at a dead end, constantly. The lack of customer service is HORRIFIC, how are companies still running with a customer service that is non existent??? So Nashua Mobile, when you get this notification, I would like a phone call from somebody who know what is going on or how to contact a person back. We'll wait & see what happens. Stay tuned!!!
