Simply want to move lines, process already taking longer than a month, and they just shrug their shoulders. Nobody takes responsibility to communicate with me or anything. Sitting without lines to do business now for a week and a half, and they just don't care. Between them and Telkom I don't know who does what and they cant tell me and i am SOOOOO frustrated...
