I have sent my phone to cell c for a software upgrade wnen i got my phone back after 4weeks it had vodacom software on. I took the phone back and i waa told they need to send it again because it is not their problem. I said i cant because i need my phone but still they are not willing to help just keep on telling me its not their problem. Meanqhile i muat pay my contract that i cant use
