Force increase of credit limit

Good day
My account has been suspended with no amount being owed. When I called to find out why, I spoke to Boitumelo who stated that I need to increase my credit limit to activate my line. I told her I cant due to financial implications. My account is not in arrears and I was happy with my current package until this happend.
