Still not fixed

My adsl line is not not fixed. It has been off since 25/11/2013. I've called and emailed to no avail. When I complained last week on Hello Peter I received a reply back from Telkom saying they had escalated the problem Ref. no: ARS 238935. On the 5/12/2013 I received an sms at 18:11 saying: Telkom ADSL 0113925291 (ref 1013CRK251113) restored. Reply to this sms within 24 hours with NO if service is still faulty else with YES. The next morning when I got to work the adsl was still off. I replied to the sms with NO as requested at 07:56 on the 06/12/2013 (well within the 24 hours specified). Nothing has been done.
It is shocking that no one can fix this problem. I am so tired of all the excuses and promises.
I expect a refund on my adsl because for the past 2 weeks I haven't been able to use it and who knows when I will.
