Blackberry 9790 overheated

Took A contract in Sept 2013 .Cellpnone overheated but thought it was natural took it back after friends told me they had the same problem. After a week -
I was told I could take a new phone, but they only had it in white I went to investigate why its taking so long, then I was told the phone
Has been taken off the market. I WONDER why!
h but was told I must take one with the same amount, now why don't they not cancel my contract, I'm not the one defaulthing it
-I am still waiting fot them to contact me.
