On the 19 September 2013 I received a delivery for a iPad mini and I immediately went to Vodacom branch in North gate and I wanted them to assist me. What we found out was that what I requested my upgraded to be was not what I got because I said I was looking for the tablet that can also make calls and the person who assisted me said she was not aware that the iPad mini can not make calls because I did not want to loose my number. I was promised that the iPad will be collected and my upgrade will be reversed. Since the 19 September 2013 till to date nothing had happen I have called every single day for help through upgrade and cancellation no one comes back to me. I have been paying for three months and complaining but nothing happens. The answer that I am always given before they drop my calls is that they are asking for supervisor assistance. I even wrote to Vodacom complains but they did not respond. I am really frustrated and need my money back that I am being deducted for this mini that I don't use. This is unacceptable since I have been on contract with Vodacom for years and this is the bad treatment that I am getting. This has taken too long and I cant take it anymore
