Cancelled in july, still being charged

MWEB are a bunch of artists.

I cancelled my service in July and they are still charging me R200 a month.

Whenever I contact them they either do not reply, or they ask me to *fax* them a form [which I have done already, and believe me, finding a fax machine to use was a nightmare] - also, fax, really? Why don't I just send it over on a dinosaur?

I'm at my wits end, they just keep ignoring me.

Please help! The artists are the worst!
