My husband entered into a new contract on his exisiting contract (which he has had for the past 13 years woth Vodacom), he received the Samsung Galaxy 3 10.1 Tablet and the sim card for the tablet. Wesley, who "assisted" in store was rude, non interested and extremely slow. After a few hours when the sim was still not activated my husband phoned 111 to be told that Wesley had loaded the incorrect sim number and this could only be rectified by the Vodashop at Vodaworld where the purchase was made. I have phoned this store 6 times and spoken to Margaret just to be kept waiting indefintely as her promises to contact me back at certain times is still to materialise. Needless to say, the problem has still not been rectified nor has Margaret so much as bothered to contact either myself or my husband as promised by her. Such utter lack of service and disinterest from a company my husband and I have supprted for so many years is dissapointing to say the least.
