Why do I even bother with you?

I cannot say that I am satisfied with my connectivity on your network; especially the data part. Where I stay, the network connectivity is shocking to say the least. And at work its not much better. And the worst of all its totally inconsistent. Some days are much better than others, which tells me you change things on your networks without testing it properly. I really wonder what kind of change control you apply when making network changes.

If I look at my bill every month, I am paying a lot of money for a really service. Why???

And my location services are totally up, I don't know what to do anymore!!
