After dealing with over 3 weeks of revolving service from your reseller Autopage in Greenstone Mall, i am starting to feel that I will receive the same service from Neotel, I am now dealing with you directly to activate my device and no one seem to think that after wating 3 weeks already that perhaps we should flag this customers problem as urgent. I called in yesterday morning at 9am and spoke to Tebogo who informed me that he would sent an email to the activation department to activate device and that this would take a few minutes and that he would contact he as soon as it was done. 30 mins late i called HIM back after no call from him, to be told that the person who activates is not in and that he would call once he was, how many people are working there if there is only one person who can activate my device? at 3:30 pm I then called back to be told that they cannot activate as they do not have my supporting documents? why did they not call me earlier to tell me this? why do i have to keep calling in to find out whats going on? I then immediately emailed Tebogo my docs and called back at this point it was 4:05pm and Neotel was closed! Till now still have to heard anything!
