Just another bad customer service experience

Well, it appears that Neotel has climbed the band wagon of bad customer service... It seems that what the consultants at Neotel Retail park don't understand is that they are providing a service, not a favor...
Today, my father asked me to exchange a faulty device. The girl at neotel Retail park said I needed to get a letter of permission from my father to do the swap on his behalf, so fine... I drove back to my parent's house to get the letter of permission, just to hear that I needed a copy of his ID!!! Why don't they give a person all the information to begin with!!! Money doesn't grow on trees and petrol doesn't flow from my tap. And then of course I get younger by every second I waste on trying to sort someone else's out - which if neotel did their job right to begin with, my parents will not be having a faulty device problem. And then of course, according to the consultant I have no right to get upset because she'll call the security to remove me from the store!! Seriously, is this how neotel train their staff to deal with customers?? The manner in which this was dealt with was like petrol on a fire... Neotel has joined the band wagon of bad customer service!!
