Last month Telkom debited our bank account of our monthly agreement of R410.00 only to return the payment and then have the Gaul to charge us R170.00 for the reversal of the payment. We were then contacted by an individual representing Telkom requesting we send him a bank statement. This has been sent, low and behold I just received an sms stating that for this month's debit the same thing happened again. This is annoying, I would like to cancel our debit order and pay our monthly bill cash. I refuse to accept that we cannot cancel the debit as this would be breach of contract as when we agreed on this service we were never told of a R170.00 penalty for debit order issues. The debit order has never experienced any issues before so why now suddenly. So we were simply mislead to finalise a deal. I am going to liaise with responsible spheres of government to assist in this matter as I have had enough. We are being to, ripped off and treated unethically and unprofessionally. This is utter.
