Vodacom 4 U - shocking customer service!!

We went into the Vodacom 4U shop to migrate our numerous lines from a personal account to a business one. After spending 3 hours with the consultant we felt confident that all had been done. This was mid-October and we are still waiting! The management do not return calls, they do not respond to emails, I was informed that the process was not completed as the consultant went off sick!! As a result, our bill went R1400 over the limit and they just dont care! I have never felt so disempowered and am sickened that in an industry where they supposedly are serving us as clients, we have no leg whatsoever to stand on when they mess up!!

I have called the management and was very pleasant in the beginning, hoping this would encourage them to assist me quicker, it made no difference. Getting upset made no difference. They do not care!
