Monday during early hours (03:03), I did received an sms with the following message: "You have 10 Mb left before you reach your BlackBerry Cap."and then immediate after the sms next sms was sent to me as "You have reached your BlackBerry Cap. Normal data rates now apply. To enjoy better data rates, dial *110# and buy a bundle". I don't have a clue what it does means. I contact Customer Care, they told me I'm suspend, I had to contact SA Multiloan (who doesn't do business anymore and Bridge take it over). I contact Bridge, it was bringing under my attention to contact Debt-collectors, that I also did, they also notice to me they don't block the number and I had to contact my service provider. Again did I done it, make the option for suspend. They couldn't find my id number, the cell number I am using, is registered as Business and the User: David. I would like to know if this nr is register on Business, that my account might be very high and I did make use of R99 top up. My emails is off, bbm, whatsup. Sometimes I can make use of sms and then rejected. No internet as well. My phone is useless and never will I recommend VIRGIN MOBILE to my friends or any other person. I is 4 days later, no feedback yet
