MTN STEALS FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS

I HAD OVER R130 AIRTIME AND 412MB OF DATA FROM ME TODAY BY MTN. THEY ARE REFUSING TO ASSIST ME AND JUST KEEP TELLING ME THAT I HAVE HAD AN "INTERNET SESSION" SINCE MY LAST PHONE CALL.
I WILL NEVER EVER!!! DO BUSINESS WITH MTN AGAIN, IN MY MIND THEY ARE JUST OUT TO MAKE MONEY OFF THEIR CLIENTS. I WOULDNT WASTE MY TIME CALLING IN OR GOING ON HELLO PETER IF I USED THE D*MN AIRTIME. I WOULD SIMPLY TOP UP MY PHONE.
MY ISSUE IS THAT SOMEONE HAS ERASED THIS AIRTIME AND DATA FROM MY PHONE!!! 9AM EVERYTHING WAS STILL THERE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN AT 11AM EVERYTHING IS RESET TO 0.
THIS IS AND THEY JUST WANT TO BLAME "INTERNET SESSIONS" WHICH I HAVENT ACCESSED AT ALL TODAY!!!
I AM NOT STOPPING HERE, IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT I WILL DO THAT!!! THIS IS INSANITY.
