Illed three times incorrectly for delivery

I was due for an upgrade in August 2013 with mobi warehouse, so I applied for a samsung siii mini, they charged me delivery fee, which was due end on september, but since then mobi warehouse have been charging me delivery fee which was paid in september. I called mobiware house & spoke to Prince who confirmed that the billing is correct from their accounts department, He then told me to speak to my employer because the error is with my employer, which i called the the Remuneration specialist, she confirmed that the amount debitted on my salary is an extract received from mobi warehouse. I called Prince again to find out if I will be refunded the two months that was incorrectly billed, He then said I will be billed correctly in December, I then asked prince if i will be refunded for the 2months paid to their account, He couldn't confirm that, he said that I should email a complaint to [Email Removed] Im appauled with the service, thinking of cancelling the contract. I dont see a point of paying this contract, then call the service provider every month end to ask for a refund & to bill me correctly, it is time consuming & a waste of good money.
